Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping time - All items are handmade! Once you have placed your order, you won't receive ANY notifications about it UNTIL A LABEL HAS BEEN CREATED. When you submit your order and receive an order number, that indicates that we have received it. Either the same day or the next day, you will receive your tracking number. This means that we have gone ahead and processed your order. Unless it is during the holiday season, it may take up to a few days for you to receive a tracking number. The shipping method doesn't apply UNTIL your label has been created! Our normal processing time is 3-5 days or sooner and the shipping ranges from 2-5 days depending on the shipping option you choose. I do not ship on weekends due to nature of product.

Please allow up to two to three days for your tracking number to be updated by USPS. Upon leaving my home, the package is in the care of the mail service. It is not our responsibility. Your location may affect the shipping time.

Return Package- USPS may fail to deliver your package if your address is incomplete or an apartment number is missing. In this case, we are not responsible for the failure, so please double-check your address. If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to collect the correct shipping address and re-bill you for the shipping fees. This will cover the cost to reship the package unless it was a packaging error on our part.
